Taxonomy Management

TM-Data Extract:

• Extract Document and Folder structure data complete with detailed selectable metadata
• Extract data for Folder Structure Only
• Extract data for Documents Only
• Extract data for Reserved Documents Only
• Extract target object (and sub-structure) Path or full Object path from the Enterprise level
• Extract all objects from target level that have a specific category applied (see Extract by Category below)
• Extract current number of versions, reset Max Versions and purge versions in a single process

TM-Data Update:

• Edit / Populate & Update system attribute e.g. Object Name, Description, Owner

• Create subset from extracted XLSX and mass copy documents from disparate folder structures, complete with metadata, in a single process

• Create data subset from extract and mass delete documents from disparate folder structures, complete with metadata, in a single process

TM-Data Extract By Category:

• Extract entire data structure and objects based on selection of applied category

TM-MaxVersion & Purge Update:

• Extract MaxVersions with TM-Data Extract, reset MaxVersions and purge additional versions in one simple process
